Contributor & Paddock Ambassador
Kim Selko
Kim is a TrackDNA contributor and paddock ambassador who brings equal parts focus, fun, and advocacy to the paddock. Known as the hype woman in the crew, she encourages riders to take the leap—buy the bike, book the trip, try the track – and does it alongside them. Kim fell in love with track riding through the craft of cornering and now mentors beginner riders, breaking things down simply to build confidence, consistency, and a sense of belonging in the track-day community.

Day-old donuts. Duh. Just kidding. I’m a fan of Aprilia, but I also admire Marc Márquez as a rider. Ducatis are nice too, I guess.

Where Confidence Gets Built
Kim got hooked when she discovered that track riding isn’t about redlining straights – it’s about mastering cornering as both science and art. What keeps her coming back is the confidence that grows session by session. She takes beginner mentoring personally, knowing how intimidating a first track day can feel. If a rider leaves with confidence, curiosity, and excitement for the next one, that’s a win.
