TrackDNA CREW
Photographer
Jason Farias
Jason Farias is TrackDNA’s resident “moment of commitment” guy— the photographer who’s already watching long before he lifts the camera. From the bluebonnets at Turn 4 to the walk from pit to hot pit, he reads body language, nerves, and quiet confidence, then waits for the exact instant a rider truly commits. Jason isn’t chasing lap records or hero shots; he’s after the frames that make riders say, “Damn… that’s me,” when they finally see themselves clearly.

From Paddock to Viewfinder
Away from the fence line, Jason is still very much a rider’s photographer at heart. A friend once looked at his cell phone shots and told him, “You’ve got an eye for this,” and he’s been chasing that instinct ever since. He slows down for the sounds—decel, downshifts, pipes cracking on exit—and the quiet debriefs between mentors and mentees, freezing the little honest moments that show why riders keep coming back to the paddock.
